2014级托福班黄井然写下感受:
Yesterday we went to Hope School at Linyi. There are 90 students at this school which includes primary school and kindergarten. All the students are lovable and intelligent we sung the sings and played games together. What a happy time it was!
After that we had a lunch at the school canteen the lunch was not sumptuous enough. And the canteen and classroom is old and shabby. However there is a tree before the school which is 500 years old but still flourishing.
All of these cute students have caught my eyes and I was absorbed in deep thought. We cannot ignore the fact that education is significant for children and our country however there are plenty of areas especially rural areas where are still lack of educational resources because of their poor economic condition. Therefore government is supposed to improve long-distance education which is a possible method to ameliorate their education system.
On the other hand we have better condition and less problems thus we are supposed to cherish what we have got and study hard make progress every day. We have more chance than them taking studing abroad for example it is a valuable chance to improve our capability and broaden our horizons therefore we should study much harder to make contribution to our country in the future.
2014级托福班张诗宜写下感受:
What the life like in the countries? What kind of education are the students gaining? With all the mysteries we went to Yimeng mountain area to experience their life and donate something to them.
With 5 hours driving we went to a village a school built with clay wall in front of us. It’s very tiny and dilapidated. Even all of the campuses don’t have a playground for the students. After all the speaking finished we were beginning playing with all of the students who are very adorable and clever. And all of them have a beautiful dream to contribute our nation. When we ask them to participate in the games almost all of them put their hands up to show their willingness. When the games began they focus themselves on and try their best to finish all the assignments. We promised to them the first will gain a present as a reward which made them become very pleasant and the campus was filled with their laughter. At that time I thought we need to help them more by saving much money to donate for them. Because all of us are equal and they have rights to taste all kinds of foods and get same education(s) as we do. Though they are poor at present none of us can say they won’t have a quality life.
After playing with them we began donating all the books and stationeries prepared for them. We went to their classrooms which only have many shabby tables and chairs with many books read many times. They saw us with desirable and hopeful eyes. When we handed these books out to them all of them showed satisfaction and appreciation to us. That made me pleasant and felt how lucky we are because we never need to concern about the material we need to use to study.
Through this activity I know no matter how difficult the condition is if you want to learn something you can do it. Like the old saying goes:” God will help you if you have a dream.” No matter how small you are and how big the dream it is you also can achieve it with effort. We are supposed to try our best to help the students with firm dream but only have a poor condition to study . We need to save money to finish meaningful things rather than waste them on luxuries. Because used in this way the money will have much power than we thought.

送温暖、献爱心，不是为了某种功利性目的去实施的 行为，而是一种热忱、一种信仰、一种使命。然而有人会把这种平凡普通的爱心捐赠戏剧化的放大，他们认为，所谓慈善，就是让那些腰缠万贯的亿万富翁去捐献数 目不菲的金钱。在他们眼中，自己不属于亿万富翁，也没有万贯家财，于是，便自动将自己与所谓慈善之间树立了一堵高高的屏障。
可是他们不知道，在这世界上，有多少孩子需要比钱更重要的东西——知识。
习惯了在城市生活的我们，从学前班起就在舒适宽敞、教学设备充足甚至十分优越的环境里学习、读书，于是未曾想过那些环境艰苦、教学设备极其匮乏的同龄人们的生活。
然而当真正踏入一所建在山里的希望小学的操场后，我们感受到的不仅仅是震撼。没有橡胶操场，没有草坪，没有多媒体设备，取而代之的只是最最原始的黄沙地，破旧的木桌椅，简易的文具，以及被翻得发黑的书本。
站在走廊向教室里望去，孩子们朗朗的读书声让我们仿佛回到了小学时代。纵使走廊上人声嘈杂也无法使孩子们分神，目光里流露出的满是对知识的渴望以及对未知的敬仰与向往。
物以稀为贵，这句俗语不仅仅适用于对物质的描述，更是对精神物质的最好评价。比起他们，我们有太多获取知识的机会，甚至可以了解原汁原味的异国文化，正因为这样，我们在父母、老师搭建的温室中逐渐忘记了何为珍惜，何为爱心，何为给予。
通过这次到临沂的送温暖献爱心活动，我学到的不仅 是书本里看不到的世界，更多的，是一种责任感和使命感，人的价值，不在于拥有多少财富，而是贡献了多少价值。当一双双渴望知识的眼神投射到自己身上的时 候，我们都涌起了那种去帮助他们的冲动。我深深地感受到我们在帮助他人的同时，也实现了自己的价值，这种双向有利的行为是值得我们每一个人学习和坚持的。
生命不息，奉献不止。
