Dear Visa Officer ,

My visa application was reelected twice by your office (file No. 123 456 789). I rested that it is your duty to prevent potential immigrants, or people without efficient money from entering Canada ,in order to protect Canadian public's interests.
ever ,I strongly believe that your rejection to my application is not fair noisome because of the following reasons :
 l. My husband and I do have sufficient ties to our home country which will "ensure our rapture from Canada" after my husband finishes his Ph. D. program from the University of Nova Scotia. My husband, I.iu Aixue, now a Ph. D. candidate at the Institute of Space and aspheric Studies in Nova Scotia University, is a talented young space physicist has achieved China national prominence in his field. He graduated from nghua University , China's most prestigious university , and also has a Miserere from China Academy of Science , the highest research institute in China for entific researches. He has been doing research work in the Space Research Center China Academy of Science for six years. In 1994, he was awarded the "ABCze", the top award in space physics in China , for his brilliant scientific research .
My husband and I will NOT violate the stipulations of our visitor's visa in Canada bees, without legal status, it is impossible for him to find a job in Canada due to the urea of his space science research. And because of my husband's high status and got prospect in the field of space' research , it is unimaginable for him to abandon research in order to remain in Canada illegally. Doing space research is the only that my husband is capable of doing. He would Hot trade his brilliant career

The University of Nova Scotia is not the top university in Canada ,but the program husband studies IS. Dr. Alan Meison,my husband's Ph. P. the Journal of Aerospace Technology Physics) , the ld-leading magazine for my husband's science. Dr. Meison is the only Canadian preventative in this authoritative magazine. Dr. Meison offered my husband a Ph. scholarship after my husband published a major thesis in J. A. T. P,which Dr.son edits.    na to poverty in Canada. I will be crazy to abandon my good life and good career
   China to work as a waitress,or best of all,as a secretary in Canada. The bright

   to return.

   ary is no lower than many female workers make in Canada.
 I have saved enough money to support both my husband and myself and even to
   se my husbandls living standard in Canada. Suspecting other Chinese applicant's
   ancial ability may be a reasonable practice, hnwever , refusing my visa on the
   untl of insufficient funtls is just not right because of my long time good salary

 3. A promising young scientist my husband ,and a successful young professional myself ,
   are among the best people that deserve a visitor's visa. I do understand that many
   nese students during the past did not return to China as stipulated by their visa
   ms, but time has changed. The case of me and my husband characterizes the new
   e pattern for the generation of young educated people. We have good life here ,we
   e good career ,and we just want get some Western experience to make our future
   ter in China.
 4. Last but not the least,I want to tell you a plan that we killed two years ago. Some
   adian immigration consultants and lawyers referred by our friends approached us
   ask us applying for Canadian independent immigration because they say that my
   band has a strong qualification (he speaks fluent English) . Thousands of Chinese
   ple did send in their immigration applications to your Embassy. But we never did
   n though we could. Had we applied two years ago, we would have had our
   igration 'visas in hand today and do not have to struggle for the visitor's visa
   . We did nnt apply for immigration beeause we are not interested in
   igration , but I am being punished for "immigration intention" because I did not
   mit my immigratinn applieation.
 Based on the above statement, I respectfully request that you re-eval2uate my
   lication for a visitor's visa to see my husband. Your favorable consideration is
   atly appreciated.
