以前花点心思整理的，可能有些和现在的情况不符，但基本在这里了，大家结合新政策新形势自己判断，希望能给大家一点帮助。
一、请问外币存款如何解释来源？ 父母和自己皆为国企工作，难道直说从黑市换来的。

出生、无罪、未婚、亲属关系、高中学历、大学成绩、本科学历、学士学位。
公证的只有学历公证（毕业证书和学位证书）以及亲属关系公证。
无犯罪记录，学历，父母担保声明书，出生证明(有父母的名字)，存款证明（存款证明需原件和银行盖章的存单复印件）。
申请表上已说明凡能提供原件的即不需公证，若是复印件则必须公证，好比学历。

actually it is not necessary to notarize your deposit. original certificate from the bank, copy of the passbook and bank slip, and an explanation letter indicating why you cannot get the copy of the passbook chopped is enough. be sure to save money as much as possible

If u have relative in AUS, it won't do any help to u. On the contrary, it will do hard to u.

In my opinion,if your tuition fee and life fee is totally rmb250,000, you'd better prepare rmb300,000 deposit in bank.the reason is following,
1. rmb250,000 doesnot include the 2-way air ticket,or some emergency expense in astralia.
2. if you only show embassy the deposit of rmb250,000,the embassy will take it into account that rmb250,000 is all your famaly's deposit.so if you go to australia how your parents live on or if some emergency thing happens,how your parents solve it with money.
In a word, get more money in bank, but one thing you should remember,not only you should show embassy how much money you or your famaly has but also how you get it. that is important, in some condition,how you get it is more essential than how much you get it.

1.母亲的姓名当然要填,见证人可以找任何人,因为在外国签名是具有法律效力的。
2.你自己看着办,如果你是自己担保,可以填少一点,无所谓.如果是你父母担保,我想填多一点还是有必要了.还有你要确定你能开出那么多的证明。
通讯地址有变动,可以通知使馆更改吗? 这对申请有没有影响啊? 如果不改呢?

对于你的申请没有什么大的影响，只是可能你的受理时间会变长。其实我认为如果你的改变内容没有什么重要的东西，不会改变受理时间，我改了地址后，受理的时间好像没有减慢。
如果存单的存期为六个月，转存之后如何才能说服澳领是超过六个月呢？

存款担保中牵扯到股票只有坏处没有好处。
只要能提供合适的收入来源，分开存或一次存都行。
换学费和生活费，在澳洲有亲戚就好办了，先让亲戚代交学费。正常手续应有外管局的批准，然后可以在银行换。但首先要高教厅出一份证明学费的信，还要有父母的收入证明之类的。挺烦的。
大使馆只退回TOEFL/IELST的原件。
使馆要求的是银行开出的存款证明,及存款单或者存折等原始存款记录的公证本。
明年2月入学的，PVA的时候是7月，那时已经毕业了。你只需要提供你认为对你有用的证明就可以.如果到时候无业,相关证明可以由街道办事处开或者档案接收地开. 关键不是你有没有工作,而是你的财产证明够不够你支付学费,只要存款够,使馆不会为难你的。而对工作人员也不是每人都查,只是你的材料有疑点或者不清楚的时候使馆才会查的。
存款证明－直接向存款所在银行提出申请,使馆的文件包中有一张向银行申请的说明。
存款证明书+盖了储蓄章的存单复印件，存单复印件最好是公证。
让银行在存单上说明, 然后将存单公证.
According to my experience, There is no serious problem in your deposit. Since you have provided copy of your deposit receipt, back account certificate, interest bill, that's enough for which Australian Embassy required. Deposit with stamp is not necessarily needed.
I'm afraid an PVA application with a conditional offer will get rejected. Let me tell what,a conditioned offer means that an educational institution will offer u a position ONLY IF their condition(s) can be satisfied. It is most likely that,from the visa officers' perspective,u won't be able to meet the university's requirements and will be refused from furthering ur education.
ask for a notarial relationship document to prove ur parent are willing to support ur tuition fee with such money.

2nd PVA
You need to prepare all documentations except your TOEFL result(Australia Embassy will return it to you when your application is refused.). You need to email your university and tell them the postponement, thus, they will mail you a new offer. If you didn't make copies for your notarial documentations, you should consult with notarization section.

1. offer letter from an education provider.
2. notarization of diploma and degree certificate.
3. if possible, English proficiency certificate such as TOEFL, and IELTS.
4. original version of bank deposit certificate and copy of bank deposit receipt.
5. an approval letter from your employer.
6. your revenue proving letter from your employer.
7. revenue proving letter of your financial supporters such as your parents'.

复印件银行不用盖章。把复印件和用它开的存款证明一起交上去。
银行给你开据的存款证明有英文。
拿存单到银行开存款证明。然后把存款证明原件和存单的复印件交到使馆。
定期的应该叫存单，只要存款证明上有银行的章就OK。
只要银行给你开存款证明，存款证明上定会有他们的章。

ID: 1222953 posted 9/8/2002 10:58:33 PM 我认为关键是要证明你有足够的经济实力赴澳读书,而不在于你的存款证明做了几个月.对于你的情况,非常关键的是你在其他银行提出来做存款证明的那些钱的原存折复印件,这些复印件最好能盖上储蓄所的章,这样就足以证明你一直来有足够的经济实力.
一般来说，提交材料时需要有已存六个月的存款证明，MASTER一般需要30万以上，当然也有23万就签出的，和经过银行认证或公证的存款单复印件，若父母担保还要亲属关系公证。这里有一个难点，很多地方的银行不给复印件认证，也就是盖章，而根据规定，公证处也不给公证。针对这种情况，有人找小银行或区一级的公证处想办法。如不行，就把存款证明公证，复上复印件做说明，然后写信说明这件事。使馆一般会打电话查询，这就会让你多等。所以工作作的越细，就少担心一些。我觉得需要补充的一点是:如果你和公证处有关系,可以作为特例处理。

材料递进使馆是没有人立即看的，都在排队等待审查，真看你的材料也就那么一两天。有了档案号说明你的材料的确已经收到并有了记录，以后查询申请情况直接说档案号即可。
关于材料，除了使馆需要材料，只要提供足够多的证据来证明你的钱，其他没有什么东西了。
5月先递交PVA材料排队先。然后，等你的学位一下来，你就办公证，然后寄去。
拿到证书立即递交使馆PVA就可以，不用提任何什么工作的事情，在157W的31项写几句就行了。拿签证过程中也不用提。
有银行的存款证明，不用对
