Sponsorship Conditions 担保条件

All offers of sponsorship are subject to conditions which are determined by the Victorian Government on a case by case basis. There are however some standard conditions which apply in most cases.
所有担保均附带条件，这些条件由维多利亚政府按个案制定。但以下一些标准条件适用于大多数个案。

Standard conditions标准条件

1.The principle applicant for provisional visa sponsorship must be the principle applicant for permanent residency sponsorship (unless otherwise agreed and noted in the Conditional Sponsorship Offer).

临时签证担保的主申请人也必须是永久居留担保的主申请人（经州政府同意并在本“有条件担保书”中注明的除外）。

2.The applicant must hold the controlling interest in their ‘eligible’ business, where that business has a turnover of less than A＄400,000 (excluding GST) in the 12 months immediately before applying for Permanent Residency.

在提出永久居留申请前12个月内，如果年营业额不满40万澳元（不含GST），申请人必需在其“合格”企业中拥有多数股权。

3.The Victorian Government does not participate in the Migration Review Tribunal appeals process.

州政府不参与移民复审庭的上诉程序。

4.Victorian Government sponsorship is not transferable to any other Australian state or territory.

维多利亚州政府的担保不得转用于澳大利亚其他州或领地。

5.The sponsored party will be required to reside in Victoria and exercise the day to day strategic management an ‘eligible’ business. They should also spend no less than 16 months in Victoria during the 24 month period immediately preceding lodgment of their Permanent Residency Visa application with DIAC.

要求被担保方在维多利亚境内居住并对其“合格”企业进行日常性策略管理。并在向移民部提出永久居留申请前24个月内，应在维多利亚境内住满16个月以上。

6.The ‘eligible’ Victorian based business must commence operation within 23 months of the principle visa holder arriving in Australia.

主申请人须在抵澳后的23个月内开始经营其在维多利亚境内的“合格”企业。

7.Any intention to change the primary nature of the proposed business activity must be discussed with the Manager Business Migration to ensure the ‘eligible’ nature of the alternate business activity.

如欲改变原计划生意活动的基本性质，须事先与商业移民经理商定，以确保替换生意活动的“合格”性。

8.The applicant must have transferred no less than A＄400,000 net assets to Victoria within 23 months of arrival in Australia, of that ＄300,000 must be available for business.

申请人须在抵澳后的23个月内往维多利亚境内转入至少40万澳元的净资产，其中30万元需用于生意之中。

9.Within two (2) weeks of arrival in Australia the applicant must make an appointment to report in person to the Melbourne office of the sponsor (or other party as agreed) to register their arrival.

申请人须在抵澳后两周之内联系预约，向担保方（或经同意后的其他当事方）在墨尔本的办公处报到。

10.The Victorian government reserves the right to make direct contact with the applicant in relation to this application or related matters.

维多利亚州政府保留与申请人就此申请或其他有关事宜直接联系的权利。

11.The applicant must read (or have had read to them) the contents of their application and then personally sign a conditional sponsorship offer confirming that the information contained therein is true and correct.

申请人须看清（或由别人向其读清）其申请内容并在“有条件担保书”上亲笔签字，以确认其中材料确实无误。

Failure to comply with the above conditions will adversely impact on potential sponsorship support for permanent residency status.
上述条件需切实遵行，否则会对以后的永居担保造成不利影响。
