VATEL2010年春季入学学生行前见面会&出国前准备培训

　　在这美丽的冬季，我们又将迎来新的入学准备工作。

　　为了能够更好的配合大家的工作，我司将于2010年春季入学开始向所有申请我们学校的学生发出邀请，来到上海参加我们法国VATEL国际酒店与旅游管理商学院-入学学生行前见面会/兼/出国前准备培训。

　　主要是能让更多的学生在出国前更深一层次的了解他们将要面对的学习与生活，更能在出国前就结交到全国各地的新朋友，以便将来更好更从容的面对陌生的环境。

　　我们以一天的时间，向同学们讲解法国生活的各个方面，以及学习技巧，找工作/出行“便利贴”等等对大家生活有帮助的方方面面。。

　　One day Workshop for future Vatelien Before the intake

　　The timetable is going to make in 3 parts:

　　AM: Morning Tea topic/
　　　1.Students get to know each other.
　　　2.What is their new life in a Hotel management school

　　Lunch: Will prepare by "CAFE DELI'FRANCE" ( French style of drinks and food )

　　PM: High Tea topic/
　　　1.Key points they most know when live in France
　　　2.Key points they most know when study in school
　　　3.Face with two different culture
　　　4.Q&A

　　*All meeting location and lunch set will be all change by VATEL CHINA OFFICE. Students should pay for their own stay and flight tickets to this meeting.

　　And we are going to invite one of our former student or one Campusfrance Shanghai commnication staff to help us answer different questions from students. During the time, we are going to select some of these good FAQ into our list to our VATEL CHINA website in order to help other new students.

　　如有需要，我们也会帮助到来学生提供机票预订，酒店房间预订，以及上海周末行旅游路线规划。（每次活动将都定在周五进行，以方便大家的出行和游玩）

　　初步时间定在1月29日；2月5日；2月26日（2月26日提供给专门希望从上海浦东机场出发的同学），没有特殊原因的话，希望所有学生都能够出席。请予下周开始以电子邮件的方式进行预订，如有希望改期，也请大家务必在培训日前的5个工作日给我们提出。

　　PS: 出于对效果的考虑，我们将会把每次培训定在最多15人，额满将纳入下期培训当中。
