留学英国的转身份签证问题

大家在英国都会遇上转身份签证的问题，例如学生转工作签证，visitor转HSMP，等等。到底某些情形是允许在英国直接转呢？目前的HO文件很繁琐，还经常变动。因此，有必要将其总结一下。注意：这里说的都是在英国签证的例子。
      1 Vistor 签证（对于要求签证进入的国家，如中国）

      申请EU申根签证--能，但实际操作困难，审查时间必须预留一个月
