这个这个, 面试其实俺不是很熟, 实际情况是, 俺2001年毕业时, 在北京找个IT职位比吃饭还容易; 到了澳洲, 俺也只面试了这么一次就搞定了工作,因为我是绝对的临场发挥型选手, 打小儿上学就是考试牛, 平时成绩烂的那种人. 很多人都对我这一点大加诟病. 后来又去了一个政府机构面试来着, 结果前两天来通知我, 被reject了.

所以, 我们换个方式, 下面是我整理后的Interview Question List, 比较全了, 如果你能准备充分的话, 问题不大哦.

1 Summary

2 General Questions

Why you? Why do you want this job? What interests you about this job? Why should I hire you? What qualifies you for this job?

Point out your positive attributes related to the job, and the good job you've done in the past. Include any compliments you've received from management.

Talk about your skills, experience, education and other qualifications, especially those that match the job description well. Avoid just regurgitating your resume. Explain why.

The answer to this question should come in four parts:

 How you see the job.

The important point is that at the start of the question you make room to talk about the position and give your views on the importance of the position and what it can achieve.

I’d like to begin with how I see the job. As I said in one of my letters, I ……..

 What the job needs

Talk about the knowledge, skills and personal qualities that the position needs in order to achieve the goals that you have outlined in the first part of the answer.

You can sort the job requires into three distinct areas:

Technical skills

Personal skills

Administration skills

To be successful in this position I believe that skills are needed in three distinct areas: technical skills, personal skills and administration skills. In the technical skills area I believe a person doing this job needs to know….

Tell me about yourself

It should become more and more focused on your working life.

It's your chance to introduce your qualifications, good work habits, etc. Keep it mostly work and career related

Don’t tell me that you were a cheerleader. Focus on your academics and experience. Ask yourself, ‘what are the top five things I want this person to know about me?’”

What type of work environment do you like best?

Tailor your answer to the job. For example, if in doing your job you're required to lock the lab doors and work alone, then indicate that you enjoy being a team player when needed, but also enjoy working independently. If you're required to attend regular project planning and status meetings, then indicate that you're a strong team player and like being part of a team
